information: "Common Duckweed" is a very
prolific floating plant... that given a little time can cover the entire pond.
It is very easy to grow and reproduces quickly. Careful thought should be given before introducing
"Common Duckweed"... it is very difficult to remove from the
pond once established. Requires constant thinning. Ducks love to
consume "Duckweed"... hence its name. |
