Field notes: Western Spiderwort is a native plant that is
quite common at lower elevations. Look for them in any sunny area
in sandy or gravely soil on hillsides or along roadways.
Western
Spiderwort is fairly drought tolerant making them a great
candidate for the wildflower garden. Your local Garden Center will
have several cultivated varieties available during the spring
planting season.
