Field notes: Bladder Campion is a very interesting plant. The
five petaled flowers emerge from the balloon like calyx in the
morning, retracting during the heat of the day, and reemerging as
the sun begins to set.
Look for Bladder Campion in sunny meadows,
hillsides, and along roadways.
