Wildflower Field notes: Native Sedum is very adaptable. It can be found in the plains to the alpine ecosystems. The pictured plant is in bud with unopened flowers. Native Sedum is extremely drought tolerant making it an excellent candidate for rock, xeriscape and wildflower gardens. Look for Native Sedum in sunny areas.
