Wildflower Field notes: Shrubby Cinquefoil is a very attractive shrub. The plant is very common and widely distributed throughout the Foothills to Alpine ecosystems. Its fairly easy to identify as it's taller than the wildflower varieties of Cinquefoil. 

Look for Shrubby Cinquefoil is moist sunny areas such as meadows, along drainages, and near culverts on roadways.
