Pictured Wildflower: Colorado Loco Weed - Oxytropis lambertii
Wildflower Field notes: We've all heard the stories about livestock eating Colorado Loco Weed and going crazy. It's because this plant is very poisonous. Setting its toxicity aside... its really a beautiful plant.

Oxytropis lambertii is very common in dry meadows, along roadsides, and slopes.
