Wildflower Field notes: Skeleton Weed is a very unusual wildflower. The body of the plant looks like toothpicks that are stacked on top of each other. It has no leaves... hence its name Skeleton Weed. 

Look for Skeleton Weed in sunny areas along roadways, in pastures, and fields.
