Wildflower Field notes: Dalmation Toadflax was introduced from Europe as an ornamental plant. It has since escaped domestic cultivation becoming an invasive pest. It is an aggressive, vigorous grower that tends to choke out surrounding vegetation.

Look for Dalmation Toadflax in sunny dry areas along roadways, open fields or meadows, and in sagebrush flats.
