Wildflower Field notes: Bigelows Groundsel is claimed to be a common wildflower but we only found it growing in one area on Guanella Pass. For some reason you won't find this plant in the wildflower books. We have 14 and it's not in any of them. We want to thank Judy of the Colorado Master Gardner's for helping to identify this plant.

Look for Bigelows Groundsel in sunny areas near any water source.
