Wildflower
Field notes: Blanket Flower derived its common name from
patterns found in Indian Blankets. This beautiful wildflower can
be grown in your flower beds at home. During the spring planting
season your local Garden Center will have pre-started containers
of Gaillardia aristata available.
Look for Blanket Flower in sunny
areas along roadways, in meadows and fields, and clearings in pine
or aspen forests.
