Wildflower Field notes: Shooting Stars are quite common but difficult to locate due to their small size. Usually their found growing in large groups in cool, partially shady areas near a water source. Shooting Stars make an excellent addition to the wildflower garden. Your local garden center should have domesticated varieties available.
