Wildflower Field notes: Field Chickweed is difficult to identify. Even though Field Chickweed is widely dispersed... its hard to find because of its small size. 

Look for Field Chickweed growing at the base of larger plants in dry sunny areas such as meadows, prairies, hillsides, as well as along roadsides and trails.
