Humulus lupulus 'Aureus'
Cultivation: Plant Hops Vine in full sun to partial shade in compost rich, well drained soil. Hops is a vigorous fast growing vine that under ideal conditions can grow 15 to 20 foot in a single season. During winter the plant will go dormant and die back to the ground.

Once established Hops vine can be difficult to eradicate. 

Only female Hops vine produces flowers. Small 3/4" white to yellowish-green fragrant flowers develop into a cone like fruit by fall.

Propagation:
Purchase pre-started Vines at your local Garden Center or Nursery. Softwood cuttings can be rooted in spring.

Potential pests ~ diseases:
Mildews.
