Cultivation:
Plant in full sun in well drained soil. "Purple Mullein"
will adapt to most soil types and is very drought tolerant. Space
new container grown plants 18" - 24" apart. A
short lived perennial that re-seeds itself. Flowers are good for cutting.
Propagation:
"Purple Mullein" is difficult to grow from seed.
Purchase pre-started plants at your local Garden Center. Once
established plants can be divided in spring.
