Cultivation:
Plant in full sun to partial shade in well drained soil. Adapts to
most soil types well. Space new container grown plants 12" -
24" apart. Fairly drought tolerant. "Betony"
dislikes having wet feet during winter dormancy.
Propagation:
Seed can be started in a cold frame or greenhouse in early spring
and moved outdoors after danger of frost has passed. For quicker
growth... purchase pre-started plants at your local Garden Center.
Once established plants can be divided in spring as soon as growth
begins.
