Cultivation: Plant in full sun in well drained soil. "Purple Rain Sage" is tolerant of most soil types. Space new container grown plants 24" - 36" apart. Deadhead after initial flowering to promote a second showing. Flowers are good for cutting.

Propagation:
Seed can be started in a cold frame or greenhouse in early spring and moved outdoors after danger of frost has passed. For faster growth... purchase pre-started plants at your local Garden Center. Once established plants can be divided in spring.
