Perennial Cultivation: Allegheny Monkey Flower is a small mound forming perennial that prefers moist to wet soils which make it a good candidate for planting near water features.

Plant Allegheny Monkey Flower in full sun to part shade in moist or wet, compost rich, fertile soil. It is a great choice for higher elevation marshes. Allegheny Monkey Flower can be planted along side streams or ponds or submerged into a pond to 6" in depth.

Propagation:
Purchase pre-started Allegheny Monkey Flower plants at your local Garden Center. Once established plants can be divided in early spring.
