Cultivation:
Plant Bloody Cranesbill in full sun to partial shade in fertile well drained soil.
'Max Frel' is tolerant of most soil types except for those that
are constantly wet. Space new container grown plants 10" -
14" apart depending on how quickly you wish the area to fill
in. Avoid planting in areas that are wet while the plant is
dormant. "Bloody Cranesbill" is fairly drought tolerant
and grows well in containers.
Propagation:
Bloody Cranesbill seed can be sown directly in the ground once the soil has warmed.
For the quickest showing purchase pre-started plants at your
local Garden Center or greenhouse. Established plants can be divided in early
spring.
