Sweet William
Perennial Cultivation: Plant Sweet William in full sun in well drained soil. "Sweet William" adapts well to most soil types. Space new container grown plants 12" apart. Sweet William is a good choice for growing in containers. 

"Sweet William" is actually classified as a biennial that freely re-seeds its self every season. Deadhead after flowering to limit spread or over crowding. They are great for attracting Butterflies.

Propagation:
Sweet William seed can be started in a cold frame or greenhouse in early spring and moved outdoors after danger of hard frost has passed or purchase pre-started plants at your local Garden Center. Sweet William plant can be divided in early spring.
