Water: Pictured Perennial: Achillea 'Moonshine' Yarrow
Perennial Cultivation: Moonshine Yarrow is an improved hybrid version of the old Cloth of Gold Yarrow. It produces large clusters of golden yellow flowers from June thru September. Moonshine Yarrow has a lower growth habit and tends not to spread into neighboring plants. Bees and butterflies love it. Flowers can be harvested and dried for dry flower arrangements or used in fresh spring bouquets.

Plant Moonshine Yarrow in moist, well drained soil, in full sun. It will tolerate light shade, but the plant will stretch and flower count will be reduced. This wonderful newer Achillea grows well in most soil types and fairly drought tolerant once established.

Propagation:
Moonshine Yarrow can be grown from seed,  but for quicker growth purchase pre-started plants at your local Garden Center. Space new container grown plants about 10" - 12" apart. Once established plants can be dug and divided in spring.
