Tech Support for the Denver Plants CD-Rom

The Denver Plants CD-Rom is so easy to use... not much in the way of tech support is needed.

My CD won't automatically run in my CD drive. What should I do?
First make sure you have a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator installed on your computer. The Denver Plants CD-Rom will not run with out a web browser.

To download Internet Explorer 6... Click the icon below.

To Download Netscape Navigator 7.02... Click the icon below.

Next check your CD to make sure that the data side of the CD is not dirty. Oily finger prints could prevent the CD from running.

If your CD still won't run... follow these instructions.

• Double left click my computer
• Next do either of the following...
  Double click your CD drive to start the program... or
  Right click on your CD drive, Select open and then double left click on the file called index.htm.

Either of the above methods will start the program.
