The majority of the Herbs pictured in our image Library are of small starter plants... similar to what you would find at your local Garden Center.

This is where is where it all begins. The seed germination beds. Each tray contains about 100 tiny cells that are carefully seeded by hand.
Once the seeds have sprouted, the new seedlings are lightly misted from above to keep them moist.

When the seedlings have grown to a large enough size to safely be handled, they are moved to the growing range, where they are potted into larger containers. Each plant is tagged with both it's Latin and common names. Then they are nurtured for months... as they grow.

Once the plants have filled their containers, some are transplanted a third time into even larger pots. Others are planted together in mixed species planters... and some are held back to be grown into bonsai specimens, topiaries, and wreaths. Pictured to the left is a Rosemary specimen, that took about two years to produce.
