Herbs Cultural information: "English Thyme" can be grown from seed... but it's much quicker to purchase small, pre-started plants at your local Garden Center. Plant in full sun to partial shade in well drained fertile soil. Space plants 6" to 12" apart depending on how quickly you want the area to fill in.

English Thyme is companion plantable with Tomatoes or in mixed patio pots.

Harvesting & Storage: "English Thyme" can be harvested in small amounts anytime before the flowers open. The entire plant can be cut and hung in a warm dry location for drying. 

English Thyme leaves may be picked and dried on a screen. Once dry, store the leaves in an airtight container.
