Herbs Cultural information: "Salad Burnet" grows easily from seed and requires little in the way of care once established. 

Plant seeds directly in the ground about 12" apart. Keep the soil moist until the seed germinates then water as needed. Established Salad Burnet plants can be dug and relocated during spring. Salad Burnet will re-seed itself appearing in the garden the following spring.

Harvesting & Storage: "Salad Burnet" may be harvested at any time and used fresh on salads or dried. New growth young leaves have the best flavor. 

Dry leaves in a single layer in a cool dark area. Store dried leaves in a tight closing container.
