Herbs Cultural information: Italian Parsley seed is difficult to start. It's easier to purchase pre-started plants at your local garden shop. 

"Italian Parsley" can be planted outdoors in beds in full sun to light shade. It is perennial at low elevations in Colorado. It can also be grown in containers, which can be moved indoors to a sun room or sunny window at the end of the growing season. When grown in containers, feed monthly with a balanced liquid fertilizer while actively growing... feed bi-monthly while resting.

Harvesting & Storage: Dry "Italian Parsley" in a cool and dry location. Once dried, crumble the leaves with your hands and store in a tightly sealed container.
