Harvesting & Storage: Norton's Gold Oregano leaves can be harvested and dried at any time during the growing season. Hang clumps to dry in a warm dark area. Once dried rub the clumps between your hands to crumble the leaves. Discard the stems. Store dried leaves in an air tight container.
