Harvesting & Storage: Greek Oregano leaves can be harvested and dried at any time throughout the growing season. 

Suspend clumps to dry in a warm dark, dry area. Once dried rub the clumps between your hands to crumble the leaves. Discard the stems. Store dried Greek Oregano leaves in an air tight container.
