Herbs Cultural information: "Fenugreek" seed is very easy to grow. Plant seed thickly similar to planting a lawn after the soil has warmed to the mid 50's. Keep soil damp until the seeds have sprouted.

Harvesting & Storage: Harvest the Fenugreek flowers with seed just before the seed turns brown. Place flower heads in a paper bag and allow them to dry in the sun. Once dried gently shake flower heads to collect the seed. Store the Fenugreek seed in an airtight container.
