Herbs Cultural information: Caraway is easy to grow from seed. Space the seed 6" to 8" apart in half inch holes. Once the bi-annual becomes established it will re-seed its self and re-grow the next season. Transplanting is difficult due to the long tap root.

Harvesting & Storage: Cut the Caraway stocks just before the seed turns brown. Hang plants upside down in a cool dry area. Let the seed drop into a paper bag. Store the seed in any tightly sealed container.
