Cultivation: Of all the hardy perennial ferns available,  "Colorado Male Fern" is one of the easiest ferns to grow. 

Plant it in a shady or partially sunny location in moist fertile soil. For optimum growth the soil needs to be constantly moist.

Propagation:
By spores. Purchase pre-started plants at your local Garden Center or greenhouse. By the third season Colorado Male Fern can be dug and divided.

Fungal leaf spot or rust.
