Philodendron 'Painted Princess'
Houseplant Cultural information: Philodendron 'Painted Princess' is a brand new, very colorful Philodendron. To maintain this coloration... the plant will need more light than other Philo's. Place your 'Painted Princess' in bright filtered light in an area with no direct, hot sunshine. Water when the soil has dried down 1" to 2" from the surface. Feed monthly with a balanced liquid fertilizer while the plant is actively growing... feed bi-monthly while resting. Most Philodendron's prefer to be root-bound in their containers, transplanting won't be necessary until the plant pushes out of it's container or the container will no longer hold the plant upright.

Philodendron 'Painted Princess' will be difficult to locate. Our foliage sponsor should be able to special order one for you. Generally they are available in 10" hanging baskets. The wires could be removed from the basket and grown as a floor plant.
