Houseplant Cultural information: "Triangle Palms" are an excellent choice for any high light area. The fronds grow from a large triangular trunk that is coated with soft grayish-black fur.

"Triangle Palms" have thick leathery leaves that resists damage in high traffic areas. They are slow growing... so it will take some years to out grow it space. Place your palm where it will received direct sunshine for at least part of the day. This palm can be kept a little drier than most other palms. The plant is not effected by low humidity levels. Allow the surface soil to dry down about 3" on 14" containers before watering. 2" on 10" containers. Feed bi-monthly with a balanced liquid fertilizer. Propagation is by seed.

Our sponsors should have "Triangle Palms" available in 10" and 14" containers. Larger specimens can be specially ordered for you.
