6" Ficus Wiandi
Houseplant Cultural information: Ficus 'Wiandi" is a great plant to use as a bonsai. They're a small Ficus with twisty trunks and branches. "Wiandi" has a compact, airy growth habit. It's branches are brittle and break easily.

If you like... transplant your Ficus into a bonsai type decorative container using quality house plant potting soil. Place your Ficus near a window that has direct sunshine or bright filtered light. Most 'Wiandi's' are potted in small containers... check for watering twice a week, allowing the soil to dry to the touch on the surface. Feed your plant monthly while it is actively growing... feed bi-monthly when your plant is not growing. Prune your plant to maintain is compact shape.

Ficus 'Wiandi' is usually available as a small starter plant in 4" pots and larger 6" and 8" containers.
