Cultural information: "Crown of Thorns" are popular during the Christmas holidays. They are a very interesting small plant that doesn't require much space in the home or office. If you want your plant to bloom place it in a sunny location. Your better off keeping your plant on the dry side... but don't keep it cactus dry, or the leaves will fall off. Feed bi-monthly. It is possible to propagate the plant by stem cuttings. See "Milk Plant" for information on propagation.

"Crown of Thorns" are generally available as small plants in 5" and 6" pots. With a bit of shopping one might find a larger specimen.
