Houseplant Cultural information: Lipstick Tiger Stripe is a large leaved Aeschynanthus with striped leaves in somewhat of a Tiger pattern, hence its common name. The under side of the leaves are soft burgundy. Lipstick Tiger Stripe grows to a much larger proportions than most other varieties in this family of great flowering houseplants.

Lipstick plants produce bright red flowers that emerge from a sheath that looks as if the flower is being twisted from a lipstick tube.

Care is identical to "Kat-fern Lipstick" except Tiger Stripe may consume a bit more water.

Lipstick Tiger Stripe is available in small 3" and 4" containers, 6" pots, 6" and 8" hanging baskets.
