8" Boston Compacta Fern
Cultural information: "Boston Compacta" is a hybrid plant developed from the True Boston Fern. It is more compact, meaning it's fronds do not grow as long as the fronds of a "Boston Fern". It's leaf also has a little curl or waviness.

Check your fern for water three times per week until you have learned it's watering needs. If the foliage turn from glossy green to pale translucent green... it's time to water. Feed bi-monthly with Peter's Plant Food. In our dry climate misting is very beneficial. If your plant was purchased as a upright plant... place it on a pebble tray.

"Boston Compacta" ferns are available in 4" and 6" upright containers as well as 8" and 10" hanging baskets.
