Cultivation: Vinca maculata is a vigorous plant that's easy to grow, and undemanding. During the summer it produces small lavender flowers. Vinca maculata is generally used in mixed containers, hanging baskets and window boxes. It is very heat and drought tolerant. Cold hardy to 45 degrees.

Plant Vinca maculat in full sun to partial shade in well drained soil either in beds or containers. Vinca will perform well in most any soil type so long as it drains well. Space plants 8" to 14" apart depending on how quickly you would like the area to fill in. Feed monthly with a balanced liquid fertilizer.
