| Cultivation:
The 'Sizzler' series is a dwarf, compact cultivar growing to
12" in
height. 'Sizzler' produces flower spikes early in the season.
Plant Salvia Sizzler Plum in full sun to partial shade in moist, fertile well
drained soil in either beds or containers. Midday shade is beneficial.
Space plants 6" - 12" apart. Feed monthly with a
balanced liquid fertilizer when in beds... twice monthly in
containers.
Available colors: Burgundy,
Lavender, Lilac Bicolor, Orchid, Pink, Plum, Purple, Red, Red
Stripe, Salmon, Salmon Bicolor, White, and a Mixture.
Potential pests ~ diseases: Aphids, powdery mildew or
whiteflies.
