Cultivation: Everybody knows what Lobelia is and... anybody can grow them. 'Springtime Mix' is one of the smallest Lobelia's on the market. It's also an early flowering Lobelia that is well suited to containers... as well as beds. 'Springtime Mix' flowers profusely all season long.

Plant Lobelia Springtime Mix in full sun to light shade in fertile well drained soil. Space plants 6" to 8" apart. Most cultivars of Lobelia benefit greatly from applications of fertilizer every two weeks. During the spring apply a balanced liquid feed... and then in early summer switch to a nitrogen free feed.
