Cultivation:
Everybody knows what Lobelia is and... anybody can grow them. 'Springtime
Mix' is one of the
smallest Lobelia's on the market. It's also an early flowering Lobelia that is well
suited to containers... as well as beds. 'Springtime Mix' flowers
profusely all season long.
Plant Lobelia Springtime Mix in full sun to light shade in fertile well drained soil.
Space plants 6" to 8" apart. Most cultivars of Lobelia benefit greatly from applications of
fertilizer every two weeks. During the spring apply a balanced
liquid feed... and then in early summer switch to a nitrogen free
feed.
