Cultivation: Related to Hibiscus and Flowering Maples, the "Common Tree Mallow"... given a long enough of a growing season can grow to quite large proportions. 

Plant them in full sun in fertile well drained soil. "Tree Mallow" prefers to be kept on the moist side. Not recommended for containers.
