Cultivation: Clemone 'Linde Armstrong' is a newer introduction that is much more compact than the older varieties of Clemone were. Its also a thorn-less variety. 

Plant Spider Flowers in full sun in any well drained soil either in beds or mixed containers. Cleome is a good choice for hot sunny locations as the plant is quite heat and drought tolerant. Requires no pruning. Cleome flowers are excellent for cutting and attracting humming birds.

Aphids or spider mites.
