Cultivation: "Strawflowers" are awesome plants. Their live flowers feel just like dried straw. Plant in full sun in fertile, well drained soil. Space Plants 10" - 12" apart. "Strawflowers" are quite heat tolerant. 

Flowers are excellent for cutting and drying, as well as attracting Butterflies. Hardy down to 30 degrees.

Potential pests ~ diseases:
Downy mildew.
