Cultivation: Ageratum Artist Purple prefers to be planted in full sun... but will tolerate some light shade. Plant Floss Flower in fertile well drained soil in either beds or  containers. When grown in beds space plants 10" to 12" apart. 

Hardy to 40 degrees. Most varieties of Ageratum will attract Butterflies.

Potential pests ~ diseases:
Mildews caused by overly dry conditions.
